Spring -Wake up your Landscape: (Spring Cleanup Program)
The Spring Cleanup Program consists of (1) time visit in the month of March. The cleanup will include the following services
-Inspect for winter damage: woody ornamental shrubs & trees, driveways & walkways
-Trim back necessary perennials, prune roses & semi-evergreen plants
-Bed cleanup of debris: leaves, sticks & branches
-Re-Establish planting bed lines
-Cultivate mulch in planting beds

Summer - The Growing Season: (Monthly Maintenance Program)
The monthly maintenance program consists of (4) weekly visits from the months of April - October. The maintenance program will include the following services
-Mowing for all fine turf areas to seasonal appropriate height
-Line trim all edges and areas not accessible by lawn mower. Line will be sharp, precise & clean.
-Minor weeding and cultivating of planting beds
-Bed lines manually reshaping (1) a month
-Work area will be left clean of debris

Autumn - Closing down for the season: (Fall Maintenance Program)
The fall cleanup program consists of (2) to (3) visits in the month of November. The cleanup will include the following services:
-Leaves and small debris will be removed from all turf & hardscape areas
-(1) Final mowing of turf area
-Trim back appropriate perennials, roses & shrubs
-Planting beds put to sleep for the winter season

Winter - Dormancy: (Winter Maintenance Program)
The Winter Maintenance Program consist of necessary visits to the property during inclement weather events. The maintenance program will include the following services:
-Snow Removal
-Plowing of driveway length and driveway entry apron
-Shoveling of sidewalks, front walks & secondary walks
-Surface De-Icier Treatment applied to cleared surface
